Jinmao fans, rejoice!
The Apothecary Diaries is bringing a special attraction exclusively to Universal Studios Japan in Osaka this summer, but Maomao is going to need our help.
This new limited time mystery-solving experience will be called “The Apothecary Diaries: Mystery Walk – Investigate the Mysterious Medicine”.
According to Natalie.mu, the attraction is “a puzzle-solving entertainment where guests aim to solve the case together with Maomao, holding a mysterious investigation book.”
It will be exciting to see how USJ translates Maomao’s ability to solve each drama that comes her way with wit, clues and broken stories into an entire experience that fans like us can dive into!
As of this news, tickets to Universal Studios Japan are ￥8,600 per person! This converts to roughly $60.
My Final Fanatic Feelings
As someone that immediately got HOOKED, after watching one episode of season one, I’m so excited to see this series be one of the featured experiences “Universal Cool Japan 2025.”
And no shade — but if it means getting closer to Jinshi-sama (and his frog!) at the end of the experience, sign me up immediately!!
